Mie is amazing. You don't really feel it when you take it, but you feel it when you run out. I love the absorbable collagen, and the gut health. I do wish it were a little cheaper for a 14 day supply.

I mix this Mie with AquaLean to get a purple drink that tastes like cotton candy. May hair is ticker than it has been all my life. My nails are so tough now. This Mie is a game changer. I would like it better if it were Vegan, but I would not change the results.
