I like knowing that I’m getting a good dose of what my body needs every day. I’m not allergic to anything in it which is wonderful. Some decades ago, I was taking some other vitamins, which apparently I had problems with and I would actually feel better when I didn’t take them. So cheers to daily build, they are the DAILY BEST!

I stopped taking daily build for a while and I noticed a difference in my hair and skin. When I started again, my hair was shiny and my skin glows. Highly recommened.

Since I have been taking these products all of my blood work is perfect. This is the pure truth. My vision was -1.75 for years. Last year after taking these products it was .50 and this year it is .25. I don't even need glasses anymore.

I had deficiencies that required me to take all sorts of different supplements. After finding daily build I was able to cut out more than half of my other individual supplements. Great product!
