I have taken multivitamin supplements all my life and I have never taken one where I NOTICE it if I miss a day. I can tell when I haven't had my liquid daily build in my AM smoothie...I just don't have the same energy and focus and resiliency throughout the day. It is truly miraculous what a difference a liquid multivitamin makes! Even taking the capsules when traveling is noticeable if I forget them. Love this product!

We have taken Daily build liquid for 9 years now and I cannot imagine being without it. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals that our body needs.
