I walk every morning 5-6 miles Monday through Friday. I add another 2-4 miles throughout the day. I never have any aches or pains. Why? because I take two scoops of organic sulfer everyday.

Fast Working: Sulfur for Joint Pain

Since using the Sulfur each morning ( prefer the tub) my joints feel so much better. I'm using it for preventative, knowing it's an essential for my health. I have recommended this ONE product to dozens of people in the past 6 months who have discomfort from inflammation and everyone gets fast results and swear it is a product they will never be without. One friend, within her first day, asked me if it was supposed to work 'this fast' as she was able to go up and down stairs without pain... in ONE DAY! Not something you find in the general market and daily use in conjunction with other bone support supplements such as Vitamin D, Magnesium Calcium, Vitamin K, Zinc, Boron, Soy isoflavones and a Gluscosmine seems to work very well.
