When I started GREENS 7 yrs ago by heath was in a very serious situation. I was juicing 14 times a day. This precious drink was to me lifesaving. I am deeply grateful this is in my life. The first year I drank it 3 times a day. 2nd year 2 times a day. Now I take it once or twice a day. I highly recommend this drink for those who do not eat enough vegetables and fruits, especially us Golden Aged Folks, we don't seem to eat that much. I recommend this for everyone at all ages.
