As an adult with ADHD, I have found it really hard to concentrate on one thing for very long (unless I am hyperfocusing on something). While I know that this is an energy product, as a Family Herbalist I was very aware that many of the ingredients in ENERGY function to strengthen the immune system. I haven't had this one in a while, but it is a good, occasional treat. It tastes much better cold and soon after mixed. I'm not big on tropical flavors, but every once in a while, it's exactly what I want. If you like tropical things, this is a good choice.
