Use every day. Essential for me to maintain a good energy level. I use 2 packs or scoops in my big grown-up "sippy cup" in the morning and drink throughout the day. Now I only drink coffee a couple of times a week just because I like coffee. If you find yourself lagging in the afternoon, throw another scoop in your water. Nice pick-me-up plus tastes good and you will find yourself drinking more water too! Highly recommend.
