    I’m so glad I was introduced to the energy sticks. Everything in them are natural and they have pure ingredients in them! So no high fructose corn syrup or sugars that make you crash. I take them when I feel that slump in my day when I need more energy ,and there are multiple flavors to choose from!

    I love to keep these in my purse and throw them in my luggage. As they age, they do have a tendency to clump. I assume that is because they do not have any anti-taking agent in them. They still dissolve sufficiently when put in water and allowed to soak for a few minutes.

    When I first tried Energy, I was unsure if I liked it. It tasted different than other forms of caffeine, but after a few days, I can not go without one stick in the morning.     I drink 1 of these every morning before breakfast. It makes me start the day with a full glass of water and the boost is AMAZING! Better than coffee imo! You will feel like a million bucks and want to clean your entire house!
