Where is my Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when they are available.
Once your tracking number is available, you can find them under "My Acccount > My Orders" then click on the "Details" button on the correct order.

When will my Smartship ship?
Under "My Account > My Autoships" section, the ship date is listed under the "Next Scheduled" column.
When will my Smartship ship?
Shipping varies by location. On the "Shipping Details" page during the check out process, shipping methods will be listed under "Shipping Method" with the cost next to each method.
When returning products within the timeframes listed above, you may elect to receive an in-store credit minus original shipping and handling if you prefer instead of a refund.
