Where is my Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when they are available.
Once your tracking number is available, you can find them under "My Acccount > My Orders" then click on the "Details" button on the correct order.

Shipping varies by location. On the "Shipping Details" page during the check out process, shipping methods will be listed under "Shipping Method" with the cost next to each method.

Return Policy

  • Unopened products that are returned within 90 days: you will receive a 100% refund minus original shipping and handling.
  • Opened products that are returned within 30 days: you will receive a 100% refund minus original shipping and handling.

When returning products within the timeframes listed above, you may elect to receive an in-store credit minus original shipping and handling if you prefer instead of a refund.
