I recently started to take it at nights and sometimes in the mornings as well when I have stressful days. It helps me to relax and feel more balanced emotionally, which leads to better sleep. My husband was waking up every night at 3:00pm and couldn't get a good sleep after that, so he is taking Serene for a few days and it helped him to sleep through the night!

My mind was always racing during the night. Normally falling asleep is not a problem. This helps to calm the moods and stress at the end of the day. Some people use it in the morning, too.
