We have been giving this to my 17 year old daughter who struggles with anxiety and nightmares. I have had high blood pressure for years due to stress. My blood work would always come back perfect. There was no reason other than stress. Once I started Pure supplements, especially the Serene, I noticed that my body seemed to handle stress better all around. My blood pressure is now normal with no medication.
