This product has helped me in so many ways. The way it helps you especially if you are stressed or just have some stress going on this is the best to just keep you calm during that time. I like to take this at night before I go to bed cause there are times after a long day my mind just keeps going when I take this it’s just like many It’s time to calm down some and I have taken it in the morning too if I feel anxious that day it helps so much. I took as directed - 2 capsules at bedtime. I did sleep a little bit better, however, I felt like a zombie the next day. I did this for a few days and was tired all the time. I tried taking one pill and it did absolutely nothing.

Love this product. It isn't formulated for just women but I find that it works better than the adapt for daily use. I have given it to other women that I know deal with anxiety and stress and they swear by it too!! Love this so much!
