How to Use
For 12 years of age and older:

I take two every morning without fail. When I learned about the special capsule that prevents the contents from being destroyed in the stomach, I was impressed. It's nice knowing that the product is actually reaching the gut, where it is needed. Gut health is immune health, too. This is a huge tool not to be overlooked.
