I make sure to take this in water within 30 minutes of any workout. My sister-in-law and I both took a kickboxing class together a few years ago. I took my Rebuild and she did not. I wasn't hardly sore at all the next day and she was miserable. If you want to minimize muscle soreness, and also maintain muscle mass as you age, you want this!

Great one to take after a workout.
I hate being sore in my body and when I take this after a crazy workout or strenuous activity, there’s very little to no soreness. Our son took this after injuring his acl and it has helped him to be able to get back to work fairly quickly.

As a wrestling coach, I am constantly asked about the "right" kind of protein for athletes to consume to maximize their gains and minimize their recovery time.
