As someone that has tried multiple brands of protein shakes over the years I never found a chocolate protein shake I enjoy. Then I tried Pure Rebuild and it was delicious! It mixed very easily and didn’t have the fake chalky chocolate taste like a lot of other protein shakes. This is now one of my staples with Ironman training.

My husband loves taking this after a long hard day of pouring concrete; it helps his body recover faster even when he’s running on only a few hours of sleep. For myself, over the past few years Rebuild has become my friend even though I don’t work out a lot: sick to my stomach and able to eat very little for weeks while going through a partial molar pregnancy… sipping on a rebuild shake helped sustain me; recovering from surgery and struggling to eat enough food to meet my protein & nutrition needs…a rebuild shake or two a day with MCT powder was a game changer in actually having fuel enough to feel energized versus just getting through the day; pregnancy nausea making it hard to eat enough… sipping on a rebuild shake was an easy thing to take and helped minimize the nausea by helping meet my protein needs; late night tummy rumbling keeping me awake in late term pregnancy…a rebuild shake hits the spot and doesn’t get stuck in my clean teeth. Love, love, love this product! Let me be clear….I don’t work out. I know I should but it just isn’t happening. I do try to eat better and watch what I eat. Rebuild, mixed with water, is a great lunch meal replacement. It keeps me satisfied til dinner, without snacking.

Fantastic recovery!

I went to the gym yesterday, first time in 5+ years. I probably overdid it wanting to see what I could do or not do since my stroke 8+ years ago. My trainer told me what to do so I just did it. Took my rebuild when I got home, 30 minutes later. Last I could barely move much less walk, figured I would not be able to get out of bed this morning. Well I am sore but not NEARLY as bad as I was last night and I can move and walk better too. This whole line of workout stuff is really good.
