We use hydrate everyday now & it has been great replacing those other high sugar brand options you see everywhere. We enjoy the fruit punch flavor a lot, we wish it came in the individual pack flavor options so that we can easily add while on the go too. This product was especially helpful after having some unexpected foot cramps when doing yoga poses that reminded me I needed to get & stay hydrated. Haven't had foot cramps again since adding the hydrate product into my daily routine.
