Great but…

As we get older it’s harder to stay hydrated, so I really like how Hydrate makes me feel. Other products seem to be too salty, slimy & unsatisfying. The taste leaves a little to be desired though. Adding Hydrate to cold water or iced helps but wish the flavor was better.

I have been taking most of the products for 10 years and Hydrate was simple addition to my morning Energy(watermelon energy is my favorite), afternoon or times I need a little pick me up on a hot day. I fully believe that the hydrate has helped me throughout the years, whether from weather conditions, workouts, or just feeling bogged down. Always have a tub of Hydrate at my house and will not miss a day taking this product!

I really don't know what this product is supposed to do . . . I was just told to get it! ;o) But I will tell you this much, when you wake up in the morning, you're dehydrated! Most Americans don't drink enough water! Dehydration causes so many issues within our bodies that could be turned around if we'd just drink more clean water. Our Hydrate Tub - Fruit Punch not only taste great, but it gives me the hydration that I need first thing in the morning and it gets me going! LOVE IT!
